Expand free college
Expand access to technological resources (i.e. laptops and internet)
Implement curricula on Black History (we get to write our own story)
Jobs and Workforce
Increase living wage
Expand paid internship programs
Equal Pay
Diverse boards, human resources departments, people leaders, managers, and supervisors.
Open bids to M/WBE first
Infrastructure
Improve roads and transportation
Improve green space
Financial
Reduce predatory lenders in the community
Enact legislation that agencies that check credit scores should report timely payments
Lower barriers to home ownership (no closing costs)
Expand Community Reinvestment Act: Free checking accounts, free financial counseling, transparent costs, remove pre-payment penalties)
Health
Free testing and vaccines
No food deserts
Mental Health resources
Police Reform
Accountability
Criminally charged for loss of life
Fired or Leave without pay while investigation ensues
Expedited investigation
Death pay to families for loss of life
Re-Training and New Training
Include curricula of Black and African-American History in academy program
Regular training and testing of bias
National Standard Guidelines
Remove broken window policing
Re-define handling of suspected perpetrators
Remove arrest for misdemeanor offenses
Reform bail
